ABOUT

Hi, I am Mac Nwosu, DPT, CSCS, ACSM-CPT, the founder of Strong Tower Fitness. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy. I am passionate about both rehabilitation and fitness and believe most injuries and chronic conditions can be prevented with proper nutrition and exercise as a lifestyle.

 

What to expect when you train with me:

As a physical therapist, you can expect me to use my expertise in the neuromusculoskeletal system, exercise prescription, anatomy, and biomechanics to reach your goals. You should expect results, accountability and to have fun most of all.

 

The decision to begin the fitness journey can be quite challenging. Exercise is difficult, but should be fun. After the initial assessment, we will set fitness goals and work together to achieve them. Your workouts will be designed specifically for you and your fitness level. I will educate and guide you to a healthy lifestyle and further more maintain your gains.

 

I believe in utilizing lifestyle interventions such as nutrition, physical activity, stress reduction, and rest to reach the ultimate goal. Anyone can make you sweat; however, you can expect to improve your overall fitness and well-being as we work as a team to reach your goals.
