Exercising consistently for several weeks without reaching your goals can be frustrating; hiring a trainer may be a good choice. I can examine your current program and eating habits and help you find improvements to create effective workouts.

           ACCOUNTABILITY AND MOTIVATION
 

Accountability and Motivation. It is easy to blow off a workout when nobody is expecting you to show. It is a lot tougher to do so when you have a trainer expecting you. Motivation is one of the largest struggles encountered when trying to improve your fitness on your own and it is the primary advantage of personal training. A personal trainer will provide a powerful motivational force in your routine, giving you incentive and responsibility when it comes time to exercise.

           KNOWLEDGE
 

Staying in the know. Do you know exactly how each workout helps you? Or what areas you need to work on the most? Even if you do not want personal training long-term, just spending a few months with a personal trainer can vastly improve your knowledge of exercise, giving you a very long-term gain for a short-term investment.

           YOU ARE BORED WITH YOUR CURRENT ROUTINE
 

If you are an experienced exerciser, maybe you have not considered working with a personal trainer. However, it can be a great choice if you need some variety in your workouts. I can bring a fresh perspective and new ideas to challenge both your body and your mind. Even a few sessions may help re-energize your current routine.

 

           GETTING STARTED
 

Getting Started. Knowing how to set up a complete exercise schedule that includes all the activities you need to do - cardio, weight training and nutrition- can be overwhelming. Choose fun exercises, appropriate weights, reps and sets may also be time consuming which could lead you to quit before you even start.

This is where I come in; I can help you maximize your time while keeping you within your own limits so you do not overtrain. I will also help you set goals and map out a specific workout plan.
